Paint your Pet Fundraiser
Join us for a special edition of paint your pet this December to help raise money for animals in need. RSPCA QLD is the state’s oldest, largest and leading animal welfare charity, dedicated to improving the lives of all domestic, farmed and native animals throughout Queensland.
We are so proud support our local animal charities by hosting two paint your pet classes with proceeds donated to the help animals in need.
There are two classes available with limited spaces so don't delay booking your space. With your ticket you will receive the paint your pet experience, with nibbles and a free glass of Champaign on arrival.
Where is it?
Our Sip n Paint studio is on the Isle of Capri at the Corner of Verona Ave and Via Roma - map details here
How long does the class go for?
Can I paint two animals in one portrait?
One pet per painting. if you wish to paint two animals, why not bring along a friend or relative to paint with you?
Can children attend the class?
Yes, however, children under the age of 16 are required to be accompanied by an adult and be mature enough to participate in the session. If you are booking a class with a child you must register for two spaces - we are strictly limited to 25 people in the painting area due to Covid restrictions.
Do I get to keep my painting?
Yes, once the class is finished, you are welcome to take home your portrait.
How do I book?
Select the 'Book Now' button on this page and follow the prompts to select whether you would like to participate in the 1pm or the 4pm class on 13th December. We will be in touch in the coming days to confirm which picture you will use for the painting.
What if I need more time?
With the paints and canvas we use, two hours will be more than enough time for you to create an excellent pet portrait. However, if you do need more time, acrylic paints are inexpensive and can be finished at home.
Why do I need to pay before the class?
We dedicate time before the fundraiser to sketching up every single pet portrait that's registered for the class. We do not have the capacity for walk-ins.
What if I'm late for the class?
We are on a strict schedule for the day so if you are late to the session you will have to jump in where you can. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to the class
